Shirin Johri
Prior to joining Afren plc, Ms Johri worked with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LL P's Africa practice. Ms Johri has extensive experience advising on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, infrastructure projects and private equity investment. Ms Johri holds a LL M from the Cornell Law School, New York, a LL B(Hons) from Delhi University India and a Bachelors degree from Delhi University and has also been called to the New York Bar.
