The Company was notified on 30 June 2006 that, as at close of business on 22 June 2006, Lehman Brothers International (Europe) had an interest in 28,228,246 Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, representing 14.84% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
