London, 3 February 2009 - Afren plc and its partner Oriental Energy are pleased to announce the successful completion of the appraisal drilling programme on the Ebok Field, Block OML 67, offshore Nigeria. The jack up drilling rig, Transocean Trident IV, was released from the Ebok Field on 1 February 2009.
