Ibekelia Licence Area
Background
Afren has a 20% interest in Ibekelia, in conjunction with joint venture partners Sterling and Addax. In June 2007, the group agreed to go forward and negotiate an EPSC with the Gabonese authorities. This is expected to be finalised by mid-2008.
